Our service is unique in many ways:

• The Career Dimensions team consists of qualified career consultants with a wide range of skills, knowledge, expertise and tools. Whatever the issue, if it relates to work or career, we have the solution.
• We work with individuals and organisations.
• Our affiliates operate in locations around Melbourne CBD and suburbs, and in key regional areas in Victoria. With some limitations, we can see you in our offices in specific locations, come to you, or conduct our work over the phone or via email.
• We provide work opportunities and a range of support mechanisms for qualified career practitioners who want to move into or expand independent consultancy work, which in turn helps our business clients and individuals to better achieve their goals.

For Individuals:

Our holistic services include career counselling, career coaching, career checkups, vocational assessments, support through career and life transitions, finding a mentor, overcoming work issues, achieving work-life balance, and course advice for adults and young people.

We also assist with job application-related tasks including creating winning resumes, cover letters and responses to key selection criteria.

We provide interview skills training and conduct mock interviews to help you overcome nerves while developing effective answers to behavioural and a range of other interview questions.

We encourage inquiries from people working in, or wanting to obtain work, in all industries and occupational areas.

For Organisations:

We work with you to develop and implement a range of employee engagement programs; these include assistance with career development and performance issues, as well as with situations and events that occur outside the workplace which may impact on an individual's performance. Some of the ways we help include individual career coaching, placement and induction support, learning and development, team building and staff retention strategies, employee assistance programs, outplacement, and ways to help you minimise the negative impact of change.
