SERVICES FOR CAREER DEVELOPMENT PRACTITIONERS
This is an exciting new commercial endeavour aimed at assisting career development practitioners to increase their industry knowledge and skills, and develop viable private career development practices (either full or part- time). Julie Farthing is responsible for the overall management of this program.
Services include:
- Mentoring programs especially aimed at those wanting to start their own business or change sectors, and anyone in the career industry generally
- Support and guidance for those currently in the industry
- Specialised career services for people wanting to work in this area
- Employment opportunities across a range of sectors, including becoming an affiliate consultant with Career Dimensions
- Resources and tools training and supply
- An internship program for recent graduates of career development courses (this is expected to commence in mid-2009)
- Business start up training and support
