Program 1

This is for people who are contemplating making a career change but who haven't done anything about it yet:

Session 1: Career assessment and report.

Session 2: Identification of career options.

Session 3: Comparison of options and decision making.

At the end of this program you will have a clear career direction and practical steps for implementing your career change.

Program 2

For people who want help to make the right decision and develop a plan to make it happen:

Session 1 to 3: As per Program 1.

Session 4: Clarification of goals, direction and time frames.

Session 5: Inventory (the skills, knowledge and experience you currently have and those you need to get), and learning and other options.

Session 6: Career Change Check List - a tool unique to Career Dimensions which will ensure you have what you need to move forward.

At the end of this program you will be working strategically and successfully towards your goals.

Program 3

For those who know what kind of work or career they want but need support while they make the transition:

Session 1 to 3: As per Program 2 Sessions 4-6.

Session 4: Document assessment and enhancement - resumes, application letters etc.

Session 5: Developing industry knowledge and building networks.

Session 6: Career Change Check List - a tool unique to Career Dimensions which will ensure you have what you need to move forward.

Plus: Ongoing phone and email support while you make a successful transition: this includes job search help, interview preparation and debrief etc.

This program provides support until you secure your job and make a successful transition.

Program 4 - Course Selection for Secondary School Students

Students must commit to research and related activities between sessions.
