- Workplace coaching: directly assisting individuals within your workplace to address a range of issues and to manage change through effective career counselling and coaching. We work with staff at all levels, from entry level and graduates right through to executives. - Consulting to establish the career needs of a group of employees, and to develop and project manage programs to meet these needs. Many companies and organisations recruit external talent, only to find out later that they already had this onsite.
